Terms & Conditions – September 2020

1. Membership commences when the first payment is received by Hum & Buzz Ltd and continues until either Hum & Buzz or the artist cancels the membership.
2. Hum & Buzz Ltd reserves the right to cancel any artists membership without notice.
3. Membership should continue throughout the process of production and up until completion of any booked services.
   1. The process of production is the time period between a service being booked by the artist, and being completed by Hum & Buzz.
   2. In the event of cancellation whilst a service is in production, Hum & Buzz is under no obligation to complete the booked service.
4. If payment isn’t received by Hum & Buzz Ltd we have the right to assume that the membership has been cancelled.
5. Services cannot be used for any artist other than the artist who sets up the membership.
6. Membership can be cancelled at any time at no extra cost to the artist.
7. Hum & Buzz Ltd is able to complete any booked services in a timescale that is set by the company.
   1. The artist can advise on a deadline for the service to be completed.
   2. Hum & Buzz Ltd is under no obligation to stick to any advised deadline, but will do its utmost to complete on time.
8. Hum & Buzz reserves the right to outsource any booked services to external individuals or companies.
9. Radio airplay is not guaranteed with any membership. The choice to air tracks is completely up to the radio stations Hum & Buzz send the track to.
10. Hum & Buzz reserves the right to remove any service from any membership at any time.
    1. All members will receive communication upon this happening.
11. Hum & Buzz reserves the right to change the price of membership at any time.
    1. All members will receive communication ahead of this happening.
12. Membership will be in the name of the person who sets up the membership, not the artist name.
13. Membership cannot be transferred to another person.
14. A member can only have one booking of the same service in production at any time.
15. Refunds cannot be applied to any members who are not responsive to requests of meetings or material from the Hum & Buzz team.
16. Reasonable planning time is requested for completing services around scheduled releases from the artist. Hum & Buzz Ltd requests a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to the release.
    1. Releases within 4 weeks may not receive the full promotional value of the membership.
17. Services must be requested via the form provided in the Membership section of the Hum & Buzz website.
18. The artist is under no obligation to use all the services included in your membership tier, however refunds cannot be applied if this is the case.
